In order for the items to be eligible for a return, the items must be returned 7 days starting from the day you receive your order. After 7 days we are not able to accept refund or exchange. The items must be in the original packaging and unused.
The following item is not eligible for refund or exchange:
- The item is not in original condition
- The item is damaged or is missing parts
- Any item returned after 7 days
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Strictly only regular priced items may be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your full refund (less shipping fees) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us. Contact us via email at email@example.com for return address.
We cannot be held responsible for item damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to You.
If the items weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
